Thanksgiving Day: Flow with Gratitude & Grace
You are invited to join Stephanie for this very special class on Thanksgiving Day morning. Let's begin this day together with a ton of gratitude and all the grace that is available to us. Whether this holiday is a friendsgiving, a family affair, or a sweet day off for you- it is an opportunity to pause the routine, turn toward something good and make a firm commitment to think, speak and act in ways that express our understanding of the simple and pure blessing of being alive.
This sweet and sweaty class will focus on twists (great stimulators for digestion) and heart openers which will prepare us to walk off the mat with grace and into our lives with gratitude.
All levels are welcome although some prior experience with Vinyasa yoga is recommended.
